What to include
- your device (for example iPhone 15 or Pixel 8) and its iOS or Android version;
- the app language and narrator you chose;
- what happened and on which scene, and a screenshot if the problem is visible.
Before you write
- Where are the settings? Tap “For parents” in the top-right corner of the home screen and answer the sum for grown-ups. That is where you pick the language, narrator, season, autoplay and music.
- There is no sound. Check the volume and, on iPhone, the silent switch or Action button. The story plays sound only while the app is on screen.
- Does it need the internet? No. Everything is inside the app, so it works in airplane mode.
