What to include

The more of this you send, the faster the answer:

  • your Jira site URL (for example yourteam.atlassian.net) and the project the Standup tab is open in;
  • what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
  • the theme (Arcade or Classic) and the fun mode that was on, if a scene was involved;
  • a screenshot, if the problem is visible;
  • the browser and whether the standup was in full screen.

Please do not send passwords, API tokens, or issue content you would not want in an email. We never need them.

Before you write

  • The page asks me to allow access. Jira may ask once for permission to let Standup Arcade read the board as you. That is how the app shows only what you may already see. Reload after accepting.
  • The Standup tab says the license is not active. A Jira admin can start a trial or renew the subscription under Apps → Manage apps. Nothing your team stored is removed while a license lapses.
  • A scene is in the way. Press Esc, or use the skip control in the bar above the board.
  • Somebody is missing from the queue. The queue is the sprint's assignees. Anyone can be excluded — and re-included — in the settings; check there first.

The documentation covers the rest.

Data requests

Standup Arcade stores only Atlassian account IDs and standup timings, inside your own Atlassian site — see the Privacy Policy. To ask about the data held for a person, write to privacy@lukany.co.
